ive been to the Texas real estate commission website and i cant find what i am looking for-change of property ownership forms (from one person to another) or basic real estate forms where can i find these?

My daughter was in rented accomodation and paid her rent monthly by cheque to the landlord. He didn’t cash one cheque and she has now moved to another property. He has found the uncashed cheque and is expecting her to issue another one as the first is out of date. Can he legally do this?

How can I rent out rooms to tenants if it’s a commercial property for business already set up for living?
