Los Angeles or New York City would be good for you. I imagine Hong Kong would work too.

    anywhere in HI

San Diego. Best weather anywhere. Everything is open round the clock. And LA is close enough for a night out, but far enough away to avoid the smell.

    Rome

In the US, I think I would go to San Francisco – it has enough of a night life, but plenty of natural beauty as well. Plus, the weather is FABULOSO!

Outside the US, I think I would live in Spain near the beach. I speak a little Spanish, so I would pick up the language quickly, the culture is very laid back and it is beautiful, as well.

    RENO, NEVADA
A small version of Las Vegas
As it is named” the biggest little city in the world”
It’s great there, nightlife, fun, beach, snow all at the same time. About 1 hr from Reno is Lake Tahoe, a snow/beach resort town.
Either one is fun-filled, you’ll love both

For cool living, I will recommend any city in Canada maybe, Ottawa, Montreal or Vancouver. Nothing beats the cool weather and also the people. Any place that promotes peace will definitely give you peace of mind.
