I need help getting out of an apartment lease and/or finding a subleaser. Thanks!

READ your lease…typically a lease has an “OUT” clause for you…which will specifiy how much $$$ they want and what kind of notice they will accept.

The answer before me is good. Also, for subleasing, you will need to get permission from your landlord, if that is what you decide to do.
If your lease doesn’t already forbid subleasing, you may want to approach your landlord about getting consent to sublet.
