		<description>You can ask your landlord if he/she can transfer the lease to her.  She will likely have to undergo another credit check.
I don&#039;t know whether or not your landlord would be willing to do this.  The best part is probably to kick her out, and not worry about her name being on the lease.</description>

You can break the lease or move out, but will remain liable for the rent until either a replacement teant is found or the lease expires. You can be held liable for any costs the landlord may incur due to your breach.
You cannot remove your name from the lease. 
It sounds as though your girlfriend would not qualify for the lease on her own.</description>
